What We Do

Three Reasons Watertown Calls Us

Most calls we get are one of these. Start wherever yours fits.

Roof Replacement

Full tear-off, new underlayment, new shingles, and rotten decking replaced instead of covered up. You get a written price and a start date, and the price is what you pay.

Storm & Hail Damage

Hail and wind don’t always leak right away. We inspect, photograph and document what we find, tarp anything urgent the same day, and tell you whether it is worth a claim.

Insurance Claim Help

We meet your adjuster at the house, walk the roof with them, and make sure the estimate covers what is actually damaged. No pressure to file if you do not have a claim.

How claims work

Why Neighbors Call Us

We Live Here. We’ll Be Here in Ten Years.

After a big hail storm, out-of-state crews are in Watertown within days. They knock doors, sign as many roofs as they can, subcontract the work out, and are gone before the first winter tests it. When something goes wrong two years later, the phone number does not work.

We have been roofing out of Watertown since 2006. If a roof we put on gives you trouble, you know exactly where to find us — and we would rather fix it than explain it.

Questions Watertown Homeowners Ask

Usually you cannot, from the ground. Hail bruises asphalt shingles rather than breaking them — granules come loose and the mat underneath softens, which shortens the roof’s life without leaking right away. What you can check for is dented gutters, downspouts, vents and window screens, and granules collecting where the downspouts drain. If you find those, the roof is worth having someone walk.

It depends on whether the damage is storm damage and on how your policy handles depreciation. A replacement-cost policy pays what a new roof actually costs. An actual-cash-value policy pays the depreciated value and you cover the difference. Either way you pay your deductible. We inspect first and tell you honestly whether you have a claim worth filing.

Most Wisconsin homeowner policies give you a limited window to report storm damage, commonly twelve months, and it runs from the date of the storm rather than the date you noticed. Check your own policy for the exact term. Either way, do not wait — proving which storm caused what gets harder the longer it is left.

Most houses around Watertown are a one-day tear-off and replacement. Two days if the roof is large, steep, or has a lot of valleys and penetrations. Bad decking adds time, which is why we tell you before we start what happens if we find it. You get a start date, not a window.

No. We walk the roof, photograph what we find, and give you a written report whether or not there is anything to fix. If there is no damage worth claiming we will say so — telling you your roof has another five years in it costs us nothing and keeps you calling us instead of somebody else.

What Your Neighbors Say

In Their Words

“Hail came through in June and I had no idea whether it was worth calling my insurance. They came out the next morning, walked the roof, and showed me photos of the bruising before I signed anything. The adjuster met them here and the claim went through without a fight.”

Sample Reviewer 1 Google Review · July 2026

“Full tear-off on a house built in 1961, so there were surprises under the old shingles. They called me before doing anything extra and the final invoice matched the estimate. Yard was cleaner when they left than when they showed up.”

Sample Reviewer 2 Google Review · June 2026

“Wind took part of the ridge off and I had water coming into an upstairs bedroom. They tarped it the same evening and came back to do the repair properly the following week. Straight answers the whole way through.”
