Where We Work

Sixteen towns across seven counties, from our own street in Watertown out to Madison, Sun Prairie and the Wisconsin Dells.

How Far We Go

One Shop, One Crew, Sixteen Towns

We work across Jefferson, Dodge, Waukesha, Columbia, Walworth, Dane and Sauk counties. Most of it is inside half an hour of the shop, and the furthest is about ninety minutes — call with your address and we will tell you in about ten seconds, including honestly if somebody closer would serve you better.

What you get, wherever you are on this list, is one crew from the estimate to the warranty call. The person who walks your roof photographs every slope and hands you the report. If there is a claim, he is on the roof beside your adjuster rather than emailing about it afterward. When the crew arrives, he is on site. And when you call in ten years because something is dripping, the same number reaches the same shop — which is more than can be said for the crews that fill these counties up for two weeks after every hail event.

Each town has its own page, because the roofs are genuinely different. Watertown is a city of 1969 ranches with a permit rule almost nobody states correctly. Oconomowoc is lake-country architecture still carrying damage from the June 2022 hail. Whitewater is mostly rental property with absentee owners. Columbus has Victorian rooflines that need metal-lined valleys. Madison has the heaviest hail record in southern Wisconsin. Cottage Grove grew eightfold since 1980 and is almost entirely first and second roofs. The Dells is cabins that sit empty for months, where nobody is there to notice a leak.

Permits By Town

Do You Need A Roofing Permit? Every Town We Serve, Side By Side

Whether a re-roof needs a building permit in each of the sixteen towns, who issues it, and the published rule it comes from. Where a town publishes one, the row links to it. Six publish nothing about roofing — those rows say not published, and the answer there is a call to the number in the row before anything is signed. Why the answer differs from one town to the next.
