What we collect
If you send us the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address and whatever you write in the message. We collect it because we cannot inspect a roof without knowing where it is.
Our website also collects standard analytics — pages visited, rough location, the device used — so we can tell which pages are useful.
What we do with it
We use it to contact you about the work you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it or trade it. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.
We share it only where we have to in order to do the job: with your insurance company if you ask us to support a claim, with a supplier delivering materials to your address, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not turn into work, around two years. Records of completed jobs, longer, because a workmanship warranty needs a record of the work.
