What we aim for
We build this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at level AA. In practice that means readable contrast, text that scales, every image described, every form field labeled, and the whole site operable with a keyboard alone.
Where we know we fall short
Some older job photographs have thin alternative text. Any document we link to as a PDF may not be fully tagged. We are working through both.
