What the National Weather Service recorded
A line of thunderstorms from the approach of a strong cold front resulted in straight-line wind damage in the Village of Sullivan. Numerous tree damage occurred and structural damage to a storage building. The training of thunderstorms also resulted in the flash flooding and closure of some streets in Lafayette County.
